New mobile payment App launched by PM Narendra Modi called BHIM App..!!

What is BHIM App?

Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM) is an activity to empower quick, secure, dependable cashless installments through your cell phone. BHIM is interoperable with other Unified Payment Interface (UPI) applications, and financial balances. BHIM is produced by the National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI).


The app is aimed at encouraging digital transaction and increase participation of people in Lucky Ghrahak Yojna Specially for Retail Customers and for small business.

Users can send and take money instantly using this App. It also enables a User to pay and receive money by Scanning QR code. All payment on the app are done using secure network and the money get credited into your bank account within 24*7. The user can send or receive money from customers, family or friends through the mobile number. Interestingly, money can also be sent to non-UPI supported banks using IFSC and MMID codes. The user will also be able to collect money by sending requests and can also reverse a payment if required.



How to Use the BHIM App


 
Once App is installed follow the procedure mention below:

*Firstly, prompt you to choose your language -   Hindi or English
*Choose language and click nest button
*Next app will ask for permission to allow the app to make and manage phone calls
*Then, it will ask for allowing the App to send and view messages.


After all the stages, the App will ask you to select your SIM card...

*The App will send an SMS using your SIM to verify the App which will charge Re 1 for this.
*Next, you have to choose your 4- Digit Code or Password
*After input Code, you can choose your bank; BHIM App is connected with Banks in India
